Obessed | Top Knots.

(From Pinterest)

Top knot- the term endearingly describes that cute little bun on the top of a person's head. Its a kind of fashion/ hair trend, and I am so digging it. Who says this is aunty or anything of that sort? Oh no it isnt! Its classy and chic. Slightly messy sort of sweet.

I am so growing my hair out just to try. For now that's the plan. I am always fickle when it comes to the hair. Haha! Its always an impulse for short hair and then it becomes that constant wishing for the hair to grow out again. The irony.

I love braids too and ponytails. So long hair it will be. Crossing fingers for ny hair to grow!

Colourful Raindrops Co. | 21st birthday guestbook

Here's a little sneak peek of a 21st birthday guestbook that I worked on this afternoon. Love the colours and how it turned out. Hope the birthday girl would love it too! (:

I guess we are kinda back in business. I will be working hard so keep your eyes peeled on the shop. I have decisions I need to make so slow and steady are the key words here.

Have a blessed Sunday!

Scrapbooking | L.O.V.E, I love u & u love me.

Valentine's Day this year was a simple affair over a dinner that was not so simple. Think free flow snow crabs, king crabs, sushi, grilled meats & seafood, a whole load of other dishes and desserts. yes. Chocolate fondue, mochi, fruits and ice cream, in like 10 different flavours! Say what?! I went trigger happy as you can imagine. So I am basically pooped on food and I will just go with bland porridge today for dinner. heh.

Oh yes of course, good places for food have to be shared. We went to Momiji Japanese Restaurant at Revenue House, Novena. I understand they have an outlet at City Sq Mall, Farrer Park too. The variety's definitely worth the price of about $50/pax after GST. Kushinbo is so yesterday now, really.

A tradition for every special occassion would be something handmade for Mr Ng. This year, it was pretty rushed due to Chinese New Year, work and all but I managed to get a layout together for him. Layout design inspired by Wilna Furstenberg. (:

Couldn't get a better lighting, will try again when the sun is out. Here's a little something to share today. (: After this layout, I realise how messy my supplies are. I couldn't find some of those bits and pieces of embellishments. Time to reorganize! Have a great weekend!

Colourful Raindrops Co. | Almost there.

I am excited to say that my little online business should be getting back in action. Been spending some time doing an overhaul of the existing facebook page. The logo's been modified, the page's cover photo has been changed. I am no photoshop whiz, but this should suffice for now.

So what's next? I will be looking into what I want to sell, what I should basically focus on and the kind of services provided.

Please support my little store by liking the face page: Colourful Raindrops Co.

So here's the looks of it:

Its simple and just the way I like it. Crafting, handmade, this is my joy and something I will fight for no matter how long it will take me.

Handmade Movement Sg's organizing a craft business owner/ crafter's networking session. I have registered and I do hope I get myself a seat! Exciting times!

Thanks for all the encouragements and support, and of course, God be all glory. Amen!

Lately, I have been digging colours- pastels, neons, specks of gold & silver especially. I am digging scrap space ideas, styling ideas and idea boards like the one on top; messy but crazily inspiring. So what inspires you this week?
